This Full-Time Bookkeeper Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:

1. Position and Location

The Employee shall not disclose any Employer, vendor, or client records.
7. Ownership of Work Product
All financial records, reports, spreadsheets, and client databases compiled, created, or edited during the Employee’s employment are the exclusive property of the Employer.
8. Outside Employment
The Employee agrees not to engage in any outside employment in bookkeeping or related financial roles with Wyoming competitors or clients of the Employer during their employment.
The Employee shall not use company resources for personal benefit or outside employment.
9. Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation (Consult with legal counsel before using this clause)

The Employee acknowledges that the Employer will withhold and report state and federal taxes as required by law.
12. Standards of Conduct
The Employee shall adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The Employee shall promptly and accurately report any discrepancies or suspected fraud to management.
The Employee shall avoid personal transactions with the Employer’s accounts.
13. At-Will Employment and Termination
The Employee’s employment is at-will, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable Wyoming law.
Upon termination, the Employer shall pay the Employee all wages due and owing in accordance with Wyoming law.
The Employee shall return all company or client materials upon termination.
The Employer will deactivate the Employee’s system logins upon termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through internal channels. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to [Mediation, Arbitration, or Litigation in Wyoming Courts].

The Employee shall comply with the Employer’s document retention, record audit, and inspection policies, in accordance with the Wyoming Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and state archiving standards.
