16. Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation

21. Monitoring
The Employer reserves the right to monitor work product, emails, and digital communications where permitted by North Carolina law.
22. Grievance and Dispute Resolution
Any grievance or dispute will be resolved through the following chain of escalation: supervisor, HR, mediation (voluntary and in-state), and arbitration/litigation exclusively under North Carolina law and venue.
23. Compliance
The Employer complies with North Carolina workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, occupational safety (OSHA and state-level required training), and mandatory poster/notice obligations.
24. Acknowledgments
The Employee acknowledges the Employer's conflict of interest policies.
