1. Position: Human Resources Assistant

The Employee's duties include, but are not limited to: processing employment applications, supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, assisting with maintaining personnel records, coordinating employee benefits administration, supporting payroll preparation, managing time and attendance records, tracking employee leave/accruals, assisting in employee relations tasks, maintaining confidentiality of employee records, supporting compliance training initiatives, scheduling interviews/orientations, delivering initial policy explanations, and assisting with EEO, FMLA, and Kentucky-specific labor law documentation. 2. Compliance with Laws:
The employee will be responsible for Compliance with both federal (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII) and Kentucky state law specific to employee files, labor posters, wage and hour, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.

6. Reporting Structure:

7. Confidentiality:

8. Anti-Discrimination and Harassment:
The Employer complies with all Kentucky anti-discrimination, harassment, and equal opportunity laws, as outlined in KRS Chapter 344, protecting all categories specified by federal and Kentucky statutes. 9. Background Checks:

10. At-Will Employment:

11. Termination:

21. Policy Updates:
The Employer reserves the right to update HR policies or the employee handbook in accordance with changes in Kentucky or federal law. This Agreement takes precedence over conflicting employee handbook provisions except where Kentucky or federal law mandates a different result.
