1. Employment

3. Work Location and Equipment

4. Work Hours

Use of open-source or stock materials must be properly documented. 10. Non-Competition

  • Option A: Employee agrees not to engage in any competitive activities during the term of their employment.

This is an at-will employment relationship, meaning that either party may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or notice. 15. Dispute Resolution
