1. Employment

14. Use of Employer Resources

15. Document Retention

The Accountant shall adhere to the Employer’s document retention and destruction policy, which complies with IRS and Iowa Department of Revenue guidelines.

16. Intellectual Property

Any process improvements, automation tools, or custom spreadsheets created by the Accountant during employment are the property of the Employer.

17. Compliance with Laws

18. At-Will Employment
