Agreement

Job Description:
The Employee shall be responsible for providing technical support to customers, including but not limited to: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnosis, escalation, system and software support, hardware support, customer interaction, ticket management, remote access troubleshooting, technical documentation, monitoring system performance, and root cause analysis.
Employee will provide tiered support (Level 1/2/3 as applicable).
Technical Requirements:
