The Technician must adhere to the Employer's safety manual, Utah Occupational Safety and Health (UOSH) standards, and minimum PPE requirements.
The Technician must report any worksite injuries/accidents according to the Employer's worker's compensation procedures and Utah statutes.
The Technician has the right to refuse unsafe work without retaliation.
13. Compliance Policies:
The Technician must comply with the Employer's substance abuse, anti-harassment, and anti-discrimination policies, consistent with Utah Code § 34A-5-106 (Utah Antidiscrimination Act). Retaliation for reporting safety or discriminatory conduct is strictly prohibited.
14. Company Property:
The Technician is responsible for the proper use and care of company tools, equipment, vehicles, fuel cards, and credit cards.

15. Professional Conduct:
