This Pennsylvania Technical Support Engineer Employment Contract (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between [Employer Full Legal Name], a [State of Incorporation] corporation with its principal place of business at [Employer Address] ("Employer"), and [Employee Full Legal Name], residing at [Employee Address] ("Employee").
1. Position
Option A: The Employer hereby employs the Employee as a full-time Technical Support Engineer.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the following duties, specific to technical support in Pennsylvania, including but not limited to:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the Employer's products and services.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Escalating complex technical problems to engineering or development teams as needed.
- Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure (including hardware and software)
- Installing, configuring, and updating system software and related applications.
- Supporting Windows/Linux environments, proprietary hardware/software and related integrations
- Ensuring compliance with internal and client security protocols.
- Maintaining documentation of troubleshooting steps, knowledge base articles, and incident resolutions.
- Supporting remote employees’ IT requirements within Pennsylvania data protection guidelines.
3. Qualifications and Certifications
Option A: Employee must possess and maintain certifications relevant to the role such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Option B: Employee must possess [Specific Certification] certification, and agrees to obtain [Another Certification] within [Time Frame].
4. Work Schedule
Option A: The Employee's work schedule will be Monday through Friday, [Start Time] to [End Time].

5. Work Location

10. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to hold confidential all customer data, proprietary technology, and business operations information of the Employer and its clients.
The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Employer.
These confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
11. Employee Conduct
The Employee agrees to adhere to the Employer's IT and cybersecurity policies. The Employee is prohibited from unauthorized remote access. All incident responses must be properly documented. Employees must maintain high customer service etiquette and properly use the support ticketing and call logging system.
12. External Communications
The Employee shall not make any unauthorized public statements or technical disclosures related to the Employer or its clients without prior written consent.
13. Outside Employment
Option A: The Employee shall not engage in any outside employment that conflicts with the Employee's duties to the Employer.
Option B: Any side consulting, contract support, or moonlighting in technical fields requires prior written approval to prevent conflicts of interest and data security risks.
14. Restrictive Covenants
Option A: Non-Solicitation: During the term of this agreement and for a period of [Number] months following termination, the Employee shall not solicit the Employer’s customers or employees.

20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
21. Amendments

22. Governing Law
