- Employee shall submit daily logs, hazard reports, and inventory requests as required.
- Employee shall comply with Employer's anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies, which are in accordance with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA).
- Employee shall comply with Employer's policies on drug/alcohol use and background checks, including criminal history and child abuse clearances if required by facility type.
13. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation
- Employee acknowledges that Pennsylvania law may restrict the use of non-compete agreements for maintenance staff.

14. Termination

17. Union Agreement
