1. Employment Relationship

  • Interpretation of technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Adherence to operation protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Compliance with safety and cleanroom procedures (where applicable).

15. Non-Compete, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Disparagement

27. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
