1. Employment Position

The Employer hereby employs the Employee as a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate.

Option B: Duties include, but are not limited to: direct sales to customers, product stocking and restocking, merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, point-of-sale operation, transaction processing (cash, credit, and other payment systems), compliance with company sales and customer service standards, loss prevention and shrinkage control, adherence to company dress code and appearance guidelines, participation in regular product and cash-handling training, execution of promotional set-ups, price tag updates, inventory checks, and accurate daily sales reporting to management.

2. Physical Requirements and Skills
