2. Qualifications and Credentials

Employee shall comply with all applicable professional ethics standards, the Accountancy Board of Ohio codes of conduct, fraud prevention policies, and internal control systems. Employee shall report any material financial irregularities, fraud, or violations as required by state or federal law.

12. Acceptable Use and Outside Activities

Employee shall use the Employer's IT infrastructure in a responsible and secure manner, handling electronic financial records with due care. Employee shall not engage in any unauthorized outside accounting services or activities that could create a conflict of interest under Ohio accounting rules.

13. Behavioral Standards

Employee shall adhere to high ethical standards, including zero tolerance for falsification of records, misuse of funds, or violation of legal compliance obligations in accounting practice.

14. Equal Employment Opportunity

The Employer is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, military status, or any other basis prohibited by federal or Ohio law.

15. Termination

At-Will Employment:

This is an at-will employment relationship, meaning that either the Employer or the Employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, subject to the notice requirements below.
