6. Confidentiality

10. Harassment and Discrimination

The Employer is committed to providing a workplace free of harassment and discrimination. The Employer's policies prohibit harassment and discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, military status, or any other protected category under federal or Ohio law (Title VII, Ohio Civil Rights Act, ADA). The Executive Assistant should report any incidents of harassment or discrimination to [Designated Contact/Department].

11. At-Will Employment

The Executive Assistant's employment with the Employer is at-will, meaning that either the Executive Assistant or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to the provisions below. This is consistent with Ohio law.

12. Termination
