Job Description

Employee will perform the following duties:

Professional Conduct

Employee is expected to maintain professional conduct and behavioral standards, including respectful team communication (especially in distributed environments), timeliness in project delivery, required documentation and code commenting, and adherence to ticketing and project management systems.

Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition

  • Option A: Employee agrees not to solicit employees or customers of the Employer for a period of [Number] months following termination of employment.
