The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information during or after employment, and shall return all records upon termination.
7. At-Will Employment
The Employee's employment with the Employer is at-will, meaning that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to final wage payment deadlines as per Louisiana statutes.

8. Termination
