1. Position

2. Reporting Structure
The Employee will report to:
Option A: The Creative Director.
Option B: The Marketing Manager.
The Employee will adhere to the Employer's team collaboration standards and feedback/revision cycles.
3. Work Location and Equipment

7. Intellectual Property

8. Confidentiality

9. Outside Work/Freelance Activity

12. Termination
As per Louisiana's "at-will" employment doctrine, either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, subject to any notice requirements outlined in the Employer's policies.
Reasons for immediate or with-cause termination include, but are not limited to, misconduct, poor performance, or breach of confidentiality.
Final payment will be made in accordance with Louisiana's final paycheck law (payment within 15 days or next payday after separation).
