1. Position:

13. At-Will Employment:

This is an at-will employment relationship, meaning that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, subject to the requirements of Louisiana Civil Law.

27. Force Majeure:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
