1. Employment

Employee shall comply with uniform and PPE policies.

Employee shall respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Employee shall maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

15. Anti-Discrimination and Harassment

Employer is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected classes under Texas and federal law.

16. Substance Abuse

Employee shall comply with Employer's drug-free workplace policy and Texas law.

Option A: Employee is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.

Option B: Employee is subject to drug testing as required by federal contracts.

17. Employment At-Will

Employee's employment is at-will, meaning that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to final pay provisions consistent with Texas Payday Law.

In the event of termination by the Employer, Employee will receive final wages within six (6) days of discharge. If the Employee resigns, final wages will be paid on the next regular payday.

18. Grounds for Immediate Termination

19. Return of Property

Upon termination of employment, Employee shall immediately return all keys, badges, tools, uniforms, and electronic devices.
