15. Termination

20. Continuing Education and Compliance

21. Document Retention and Data Security
Employee will adhere to Employer's document retention, data security, and client privacy protocols, aligned with IRS standards and New Hampshire-specific data protection statutes.
22. Amendment
This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
