6. Confidentiality
Employee acknowledges that in the course of their employment, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Employer, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, company strategies, executive personal information, and sensitive employee or customer data. Employee agrees to hold all such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party, or use it for their own benefit, either during or after their employment with the Employer. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement and is governed by New Hampshire common law.
7. Technology and Information Security
Employee shall protect and properly use Employer's electronic systems, comply with cybersecurity protocols, and refrain from unauthorized recording or dissemination of confidential meetings.
8. Workplace Conduct
Employee will abide by Employer's policies against harassment and discrimination, which prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, and national origin, consistent with New Hampshire law.
9. Personal Matters
- Personal Errands (Choose one):
- Option A: Employee will not be required to perform personal errands for executives.
- Option B: Employee may be required to perform limited personal errands for executives. Employer will provide clear boundaries regarding handling of personal errands, expense reimbursement, and liability.
10. Property Ownership
All work product, materials, and business contacts generated by the Employee in the scope of employment belong to the Employer.
11. Employer-Provided Equipment

12. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, subject to the following:

Employee shall disclose any potential conflicts of interest arising from interactions with board members, high-profile clients, or legal counsel.
21. Incentive Programs/Wellness Resources
Employee may be eligible for company-wide incentive programs and/or employee wellness resources.
22. Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties.
23. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. The Employer's policy documents, including the employee handbook and digital use policies, are incorporated by reference.
24. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
