This Full-Time Executive Assistant Employment Contract (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Employer Name], a [State] [Business Type] with its principal place of business at [Employer Address] (“Employer”), and [Employee Name], residing at [Employee Address] (“Employee”).

12. Restrictive Covenants

The Employer will comply with the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
17. Modification
The Employer reserves the right to revise job duties, adjust compensation or benefits, and update policies in response to changes in Minnesota law or business practice.
18. Acknowledgement
The Employee acknowledges receipt of the company's policies, employee handbook, sexual harassment prevention policy, wage disclosure notice, and other required employee notifications as required by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
