15. Professional Conduct:

16. At-Will Employment:

The Employer will withhold all applicable federal, state, and local taxes from the Employee's wages, as required by law.
The Employer will report the Employee as a new hire to the Kentucky Department of Workforce Investment, as required by law.
23. Workers' Compensation:
The Employee is covered by the Employer's workers' compensation insurance policy. The Employee must report any workplace injuries or illnesses to their supervisor immediately.
24. Dispute Resolution:
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement through good faith negotiation.
Option A: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to participate in mediation before resorting to litigation.
Option B: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
25. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
26. Amendments:

30. Enforceability:
