1. Position

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, or compliance purposes. The Employee consents to such recording, in accordance with Arkansas’s one-party consent law.

The Employee is prohibited from unauthorized access or disclosure of any company data.

9. Workplace Behavior

The Employee shall maintain professional communication and customer service etiquette at all times.

The Employee shall adhere to the Employer's dress code (if applicable).

Misconduct, including abusive language or mishandling customer data, will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

The Employee shall comply with all anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and equal opportunity employment policies, as required by Arkansas and federal law.

10. Employment-at-Will

The Employee's employment is at-will, meaning that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to the requirements of Arkansas law.

In the event of voluntary resignation, the Employee is requested to provide [Number] days' written notice.

Upon termination, the Employee shall return all company property and comply with all post-employment obligations, including ongoing confidentiality. The final paycheck, including accrued PTO if applicable, will be issued according to Arkansas law.

The Employer maintains policies for compliance audits and internal reporting channels.
