This Full-Time Cook Employment Contract (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between:

- Employee must comply with the Employer's anti-discrimination, equal employment, and harassment prevention policies as required by the Alaska Human Rights Act.
13. Workplace Safety:
- Employee must adhere to all workplace safety policies in accordance with Alaska Occupational Safety and Health (AKOSH) standards.
- Employee must use protective equipment as required and report any unsafe conditions to [Designated Person/Department].
14. Drug and Alcohol Policy:
- Employee must comply with the Employer's alcohol and drug-free workplace policy.
