This Warehouse Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Landlord Legal Name], whose address is [Landlord Address] ("Landlord"), and [Tenant Legal Name], whose address is [Tenant Address] ("Tenant").
Premises:

Permitted Use:

Lease Term:

Upon default, Landlord shall have the right to re-enter the Premises and pursue all available remedies, including accelerated rent and landlord lien rights under Wisconsin Statutes §704.05.
Move-In and Move-Out:
A move-in inspection and condition report shall be completed prior to Tenant's occupancy.
Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender the Premises in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Disposition of tenant property, including abandoned inventory, shall be in accordance with Wis. Stats. §704.05(5).
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
