10. IT Security Policies
The Employee agrees to comply with all company IT security, privacy, and records retention policies, including prompt reporting of data security incidents and active participation in security awareness training.
11. External Technology Activities
The Employee agrees to obtain pre-approval for any freelance tech work, outside IT consulting, or participation in open-source/community projects on company time.
12. Non-Competition
