1. Position and Job Description

2. Work Location

3. Employment Type and Work Schedule

6. Occupational Safety

7. Employee Standards of Conduct
* Employee must adhere to the Employer’s standards of conduct, including but not limited to: punctuality; adherence to the dress code/uniform policy; maintaining high standards of customer service; complying with anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies (covering all categories protected by federal and Nevada law); refraining from non-solicitation activity during work hours; adhering to the device/cell phone usage policy; and following theft/loss prevention procedures.
8. Confidentiality
* Employee agrees to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information, including sales data, customer information, store financials, and proprietary product information. * This obligation continues after termination of employment.
9. Intellectual Property
* Any intellectual property or proprietary materials developed by the Employee during their employment, including visual merchandising designs, customer programs, or store procedures, shall be the sole property of the Employer.
10. Social Media and Public Communications
* The employee will adhere to the Employer’s social media and public communications policy, which outlines the proper representation of the store in Nevada’s local market context.
11. Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation
* Option A: The Employee agrees not to compete with the Employer or solicit its customers or employees within a [Number] mile radius of the store for a period of [Number] months following termination of employment. 18. Employee Monitoring/Surveillance
