Amendments

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, fire, flood, pandemics, or government regulations or advisories specific to Nevada.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
