RECITALS

3. Required Skills and Credentials

12. Performance Expectations and Review

Employee is expected to meet the following performance expectations: timeliness, portion control standards, minimizing food waste, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Employee's performance will be reviewed periodically by [Designated Supervisor].

13. Confidentiality

Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of Employer's recipes, proprietary menu development, supplier agreements, and business operations, including workflow practices, supply chain data, and other trade secrets. This obligation shall continue after termination of employment.

14. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

  • Option A: Employee agrees not to compete with Employer within [Geographic Area] for a period of [Number] months following termination of employment. This non-compete is limited to [Specific Type of Work]. This provision will be enforced to the full extent allowed by Nebraska law.
