Tax Withholding and Reporting:

Compliance with Laws:
The Employee shall comply with Montana's lawful social media, electronic communication, and background check statutes.
Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination:
The Employee shall adhere to the Employer’s anti-harassment, workplace safety, and anti-discrimination policies, as mandated by the Montana Human Rights Act. This includes all protected classes and "equal pay for equal work" provisions specific to Montana.
Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Disclosure:
There is no non-compete clause in this agreement.
