2. Independent Contractor Relationship

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

18. Notices

All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by certified mail, or sent by email to the addresses set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Each party represents and warrants that it has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder.
