13. Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation/Non-Disparagement:

- Option B: The Executive Assistant agrees to the terms outlined in the attached Exhibit B regarding non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disparagement.

14. At-Will Employment:
This is an at-will employment agreement, meaning that either the Employer or the Executive Assistant may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable Maine law.
15. Termination:
