8. Subcontracting

• Option A: Subcontracting Allowed
  • Contractor may subcontract the Services with Client's written approval.

  • Contractor may not subcontract any of the Services.
• Contractor will perform due diligence when selecting any subcontractors.

9. Performance Standards

Contractor shall perform the Services in a professional manner, comply with all applicable Iowa municipal/state/federal design regulations and codes, and adhere to ethical obligations.

10. Termination

• Option A: Termination for Convenience
