At-Will Employment

FLSA Status and Timekeeping

The Employee must be punctual and adhere to their scheduled work hours. Unapproved absences or tardiness may result in disciplinary action.
Training

Use of Mobile Devices and Social Media
The Employee's use of mobile devices and personal belongings in the work area is subject to the Employer's policy.
The Employee shall not make any social media references to the store, its employees, or its customers while on duty or in a manner that could reflect negatively on the Employer.
Grievance Procedures
The Employee may report any grievances, workplace safety hazards, or discrimination to [Designated Contact/Department]. The Employee may also contact the Florida Commission on Human Relations or other relevant state or federal agencies.
Leave Policies
The Employee is eligible for jury duty, voting leave, and military/reserve duty leave in accordance with Florida law.
