Connecticut Maintenance Independent Contractor Agreement

This Connecticut Maintenance Independent Contractor Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:

Description of Services

Insurance and Bonding

Indemnification and Liability

The Contractor's liability shall be limited to the amount of insurance coverage maintained by the Contractor.

Warranties

The Contractor warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, using quality materials and adhering to all applicable Connecticut codes and manufacturer guidelines.

Subcontractors

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather-related service interruption (especially snow/ice removal), emergency protocols, and pandemic provisions.

Other Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
