1. Scope of Work

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

3. Schedule

No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. Conflicting provisions default to Arkansas law.
17. Additional Considerations
Contractor shall comply with procedures for handling hazardous materials per Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality guidelines.
