The Employee shall comply with all applicable occupational safety and health standards, including those specific to the Alaska environment (e.g., slips on ice, wildlife encroachment).
The Employee shall report any workplace injuries or unsafe conditions to the Employer immediately.
The Employee can access the Employer’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or mental health resources for stress or other work-related concerns.

19. Compliance with Laws
The Employee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to business licenses and required compliance training.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
