2. Permitted Use
The Leased Premises shall be used solely for the purpose of warehouse, storage, and/or distribution center operations, compatible with local zoning regulations.

22. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure events recognized in Wyoming.
