3. Materials and Equipment
Option A: Provider will supply all cleaning materials, equipment, and agents necessary to perform the services.
Option B: Client will supply all cleaning materials, equipment, and agents. Provider will only supply labor.

5. Compliance with Laws

6. Pricing and Payment

16. Subcontracting and Assignment
Option A: Provider may subcontract portions of the services, but will remain responsible for the performance of all subcontractors and ensure their compliance with all terms of this Agreement and Wyoming labor laws. Subcontractor disclosure is required to the client.
Option B: Provider may not subcontract any portion of the services without the prior written consent of Client.
This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.
17. Intellectual Property
Ownership of any custom checklists, training documents, or cleaning methodologies developed for this engagement will belong to [Provider/Client/Jointly Owned].
18. Liability and Remedies
Monetary damages will be capped where allowed under Wyoming law.

Any modification, waiver, or supplement to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. Governing Law
The Laws of the State of Wyoming shall govern this contract.
