- Exception: Contractor's Pre-Existing Intellectual Property
- The Client acknowledges that the Contractor may utilize pre-existing intellectual property in the performance of the services. Such pre-existing intellectual property shall remain the property of the Contractor.
- Exception: Open-Source Code
- Any open-source code incorporated into the work product shall be subject to the terms of the applicable open-source license.
7. Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation

8. Independent Contractor Status
The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. 9. Insurance Requirements
