6. Insurance

8. Subcontracting

    Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement.

9. Confidentiality

The Independent Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of all Client business information, property access codes, tenant information, and security protocols.

10. Indemnification

The Independent Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Client from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to the Independent Contractor's negligence or willful misconduct. The client shall indemnify and hold harmless the contractor from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to undisclosed pre-existing property conditions.

11. Defective Workmanship

In the event of defective workmanship, the Independent Contractor shall:
