2. Service Schedule

11. Term and Termination

16. Performance Reviews

  • The Client and Service Provider shall conduct periodic performance reviews to assess service quality and address any concerns.

17. Equipment Maintenance and Storage

  • The Service Provider is responsible for maintaining its own equipment.
