North Carolina Maintenance Independent Contractor Agreement

This North Carolina Maintenance Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:

WHEREAS, Client desires to engage Contractor to provide certain maintenance services; and

Scope of Work:
