This New Hampshire Restaurant Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this [Date] by and between [Landlord Name], residing at [Landlord Address] (“Landlord”), and [Tenant Name], residing at [Tenant Address] (“Tenant”).
