12. Confidentiality:

13. Workplace Injury/Illness Reporting:
The Employee must report any workplace injury or illness to their supervisor immediately, following the Employer's established procedures and in compliance with Massachusetts workers' compensation law.
14. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through the Employer's internal complaint procedures.
- If internal procedures are unsuccessful, the parties may agree to mediation.
- Any legal action will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and governed by Massachusetts law.
15. Minimum Wage and Blue Laws:

19. Amendment:
