This Massachusetts Construction Services Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into as of this [Date] by and between:

7. Insurance

10. Default and Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract for cause upon written notice to the other party if the other party materially breaches this Contract.

11. Dispute Resolution

14. Lien Waivers

The Contractor shall provide the Owner with lien waivers from all subcontractors and suppliers upon request, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 254.

15. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Contract.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Amendment

This Contract may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
