10. Non-Solicitation/Non-Compete

11. Liability and Indemnification

The Client will indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the Client's breach of this agreement. 12. Contract Modification
