4. Independent Contractor Status
Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client. 6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

7. Non-Solicitation, Non-Competition, and Non-Interference

17. Force Majeure

18. Assignment
Contractor may not assign this agreement without the prior written consent of Client.
