This Maine Cleaning Service Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:

WHEREAS, Service Provider is engaged in the business of providing cleaning services; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Services
- Option A: Routine Residential Cleaning
- The Service Provider shall provide routine residential cleaning services at the Worksite(s) on a [Frequency: e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly] basis.
- The services shall include, but not be limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and trash removal.
- Option B: Commercial Janitorial Services
- The Service Provider shall provide commercial janitorial services at the Worksite(s) on a [Frequency: e.g., daily, weekly, monthly] basis.
- The services shall include, but not be limited to: floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and office cleaning.
- Option C: Deep Cleaning
- The Service Provider shall provide deep cleaning services at the Worksite(s) on a [Date].
- The services shall include, but not be limited to: detailed cleaning of all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
- Option D: Other [Describe Other Cleaning Service]
2. Service Schedule and Duration
- Option A: Specific Days and Times
- The Service Provider shall perform the services on [Day(s) of the week] between the hours of [Start Time] and [End Time].
- The estimated duration per visit is [Number] hours.
- Option B: Flexible Schedule
- The Service Provider and Client shall mutually agree upon a schedule at least [Number] days in advance.

3. Supplies and Equipment

4. Worksite Location and Access

5. Quality Standards and Customer Satisfaction
- Option A: Standard Cleaning
- The Service Provider shall perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner, meeting industry standards for cleanliness.
- Option B: Detailed Cleaning Checklist
- The Service Provider shall adhere to the cleaning checklist attached as Exhibit D.
Client Inspection and Complaints:
Client shall inspect the work and notify Service Provider of any issues within [Number] hours of completion. Service Provider will rectify the issues within [Number] days.
Exclusion Zones:
The following areas are excluded from cleaning [List of Exclusion Zones/Items]. Client acknowledges Service Provider's liability is waived for these areas/items.
6. Fees and Payment

10. Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance

The Service Provider shall ensure proper ventilation during chemical use and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Service Provider shall maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information and property.
All keys, codes, and access details shall be kept secure and returned upon termination of this Agreement.
The Service Provider shall comply with Maine's data privacy and consumer protection statutes if handling personal information.
12. Service Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
The Client shall provide at least [Number] hours' notice for any service changes, rescheduling, or cancellations.

13. Force Majeure
