2. Cleaning Products and Equipment
Option A: Service Provider Supplied

3. Service Schedule

4. Client Obligations

10. Safe Use and Disposal of Chemicals
The Service Provider shall use, store, and dispose of all chemicals and hazardous substances in accordance with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) guidelines and OSHA compliance.
11. Compliance with Licensing and Background Check Ordinances
The Service Provider shall comply with all applicable city or county licensing and background check ordinances. The Service Provider possesses an up-to-date local business license.
12. Substitution or Assignment of Personnel
The Service Provider reserves the right to substitute or assign personnel, subject to the Client's reasonable approval, especially in sensitive environments.
13. Workplace Conduct and Anti-Discrimination
The Service Provider shall ensure that all cleaning personnel conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with the Illinois Human Rights Act. Cleaning staff employed in Illinois shall receive sexual harassment prevention training.
14. Hazardous Conditions and Incident Notification
In the event of hazardous conditions, the Service Provider shall immediately halt work and notify the Client, in accordance with Illinois health, safety, and labor laws.
15. Notice and Correction of Deficient Services
The Client shall notify the Service Provider of any deficient services within [Number] days of the cleaning. The Service Provider shall have [Number] days to correct the deficient services.
16. Termination
Option A: Termination with Cause
Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause upon [Number] days’ written notice. Cause includes, but is not limited to, non-payment or non-performance.

18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to epidemic, extreme weather, or government orders recognized under Illinois law. The affected party shall notify the other party and take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.
19. Compliance with Labor Laws
The Service Provider shall comply with all state and local wage, hour, labor, and occupational safety laws, including paid rest breaks, overtime, and notice postings per Illinois Department of Labor regulations.
20. Workplace Access and Security
The Service Provider shall adhere to all building/facility rules, sign-in/out procedures, and shall remove or report any lost property following Illinois best practices.
21. Performance Guarantee
The Service Provider guarantees the quality of its services. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning, the Service Provider will provide a complimentary re-cleaning within [Number] days.
22. Amendment
This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties and in compliance with Illinois electronic records and signature statutes if applicable.
23. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, in conformance with Illinois law.
24. Governing Law and Venue
